James Watt was born in Greenock in January 19th, 1763. He as a Schottisch Matematician and Engineer. He was known as the Vapor Machine Inventor, but it is a fake idea because he only gave some ideas for it´s development. He lived and worked in Birmingham, England.
He was a member of the important Moon Society. Watt invented the parallel movement used to convert the circular movement into an almost reclined one. He also developed a condensation chamber that significantly increased the efficient of the Newcomen's Machine. It was one of the most important developments in history.
He created the "Horse Power" unit (HP). He died in August 25th, 1819 in the Heathfield retirement house in Handsworth, England when we had 83 years old.
